Off-duty police officers have caused shock in Kingston, south-west London, after being implicated in a serious scandal on Sunday. The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that two officers have been suspended while police continue to search for a third man, who is not a police officer, arrested on suspicion of kidnap linked to the case.
