Adult Star Bonnie Blue Explains Why She’s Still Married Despite Splitting

Adult sensation Bonnie Blue, aka Tia Billinger, has opened up about why she hasn’t divorced husband Oliver Davidson—even though they’ve gone their separate ways. The childhood sweethearts tied the knot young but now live apart, yet remain legally wed.

Bonnie’s jaw-dropping adult career includes a legendary claim of sleeping with 1,000 men in just 12 hours, showcased in her Channel 4 documentary 1,000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story.

Oliver Stands by Bonnie’s Bold Career Moves

Oliver is a true support, backing Bonnie’s controversial work on camera. He said, “She really connects with the fans… most people in porn are untouchable; you’ll never meet them or film with them. Bonnie puts her location online so fans can actually shoot with her.”

He added, “Mainstream porn has been around forever, but nothing’s changed until Bonnie came along. She’s redefining the game.”

No Divorce Yet: Convenience and Cash Keep Them Tied

Though separated since late 2023, Bonnie and Oliver remain on great terms. On the Saving Grace podcast, Bonnie revealed why their divorce is on hold.

“We’re on really good terms. He works for me now, helping behind the scenes. It’s convenient and handy. He’s going to get some of the money anyway, so he might as well work for it,” she explained.

She admitted the divorce is simply low priority. “It’s decided, but I’ve been lazy about it. It’ll happen, but I’m not stressed. When I get the time, I’ll do it.”

Family Support and Channel 4’s Adult Content Row

The documentary also shows how Bonnie’s family grapples with her unusual career. Her mum was shocked but now fully supports her daughter’s choices.

“Would I choose this for her? No. I was shocked at first. But now? Would I want her doing anything else? Definitely not. I want her to be happy, and she is.”

Bonnie even bankrolls her family, helping them ditch boring day jobs. But life isn’t without awkward moments. “My mum says every time she visits, there are dildos everywhere,” Bonnie laughed. “On New Year’s Eve, I was filming in the living room and my family had to wait quietly next door wondering when they could put the music on.”

The explicit scenes sparked fury online, with viewers slamming Channel 4 for showing hardcore content at 10pm, just days after age verification laws kicked in.

Channel 4 defended the decision, saying: “The explicit content is editorially justified and essential. Making porn is Bonnie’s job, and this film explores her work and how people react. It aired after the watershed and complies with Ofcom’s broadcasting rules.”
