A terrifying machete attack rocked Mayfair’s Tabu nightclub in the early hours of Sunday morning. A gang of men tried to storm the popular venue armed with deadly blades, sparking panic and chaos.

Police were scrambled to Dover Street after reports of a violent disturbance. Officers arrested four men, recovered several machetes, and swiftly brought the situation under control. A nearby venue manager, who preferred to stay anonymous, said, “We didn’t expect to see this kind of trouble here, but thankfully the police acted fast.”

Police Appeal for Witnesses After Shocking Attack
It remains unclear if anyone was seriously hurt during the melee, though two individuals sustained injuries that are not life-threatening. A Met Police spokesperson confirmed:
“Police were called at 3:11am on Sunday, 30 March following reports of a disturbance involving weapons. One man was arrested on the scene, with three others detained in Hertfordshire shortly after. All four remain in custody. We believe this was an isolated incident.”
“We urge anyone with CCTV, dashcam, or mobile footage to contact the investigation team on 101 quoting CAD 640/30MAY25.”
