Clapham Shooting Victim Named: Kyrone Moodie, 27, Dies
Detectives have identified the man shot dead on New Park Road, Clapham, on Monday, 8 September. Kyrone Moodie, 27, tragically lost his life after the horrific shooting.
Family Mourns ‘Loving, Humble’ Kyrone
Kyrone’s family paid a touching tribute, describing him as a “loving family man” who was “genuine and determined.” They said, “He helped everyone he could. Kyrone was just a humble, funny and God-worshiping family-oriented man.”
Night of Terror: Two Shot in Clapham
Police were called at 8:50pm on 8 September after reports of a shooting on New Park Road. Emergency crews found Kyrone and a 20-year-old man with gunshot wounds.
- Both were rushed to hospital.
- Despite medical efforts, Kyrone died in the early hours of 9 September.
- The second victim has since been discharged.
Police Launch Murder Probe, Seek Witnesses
The Metropolitan Police have launched a murder investigation and are appealing for information. They urgently want anyone in the New Park Road area on the night of 8 September to share doorbell or CCTV footage.
