Detectives have released new CCTV images as they continue to investigate a robbery at a shop in Broadstairs Retail Park.

Incident Details

The robbery took place shortly before 7 pm on Friday, 21 February 2025. Two men entered the store, with one of them approaching a staff member to request items kept behind the counter.

According to reports, the suspect then typed a series of threatening messages on his phone, showing them to the staff member while demanding the goods.

A second suspect then approached the counter and took the items, including iPhones and headphones, before both men fled the scene.

Staff Member Unharmed

Thankfully, the staff member was not injured during the incident, but the robbery has left employees and customers feeling shaken.

Police Appeal for Information

Officers investigating the robbery have now released two new CCTV images of people they would like to identify and speak to as they may have information vital to the investigation.

A spokesperson for Kent Police said:

“We are keen to speak to the individuals shown in the images as they may hold information that could assist our enquiries. We urge anyone who recognizes them, or who witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time, to come forward.”
