Seven-Car Smash in Margate Ends with Drunk Driver Arrest
Crash Causes Chaos on Addiscombe Road
Kent Police rushed to Addiscombe Road, Margate, at 3.41pm on Tuesday 8 August after a major collision involving seven cars. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the pile-up caused significant damage. Officers arrived quickly and arrested a suspect at the scene.
Drunk Driving Charges for Vitalij Kovzan
Vitalij Kovzan, 37, from Kings Mews, Margate, was charged the following day for driving over the legal alcohol limit. He is set to appear at Margate Magistrates Court on Monday 11 September.
