Man Found Dead in Children’s Play Area on Boxing Day
Shock as a man’s body was discovered in a children’s play area in Titchfield Common, near Fareham, on Boxing Day. A dog walker made the grim find just before lunchtime on Monday and immediately called the police.

Death Not Treated as Suspicious, Police Confirm
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: “At this time the death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.” They added that the deceased’s identity will remain confidential until formal identification is complete.
