A 37-year-old man from Tipton has been charged with serious sexual offences after a teenage girl was attacked near a local canal.

Han Nurhantoso is accused of attempting to rape the teenage girl and committing sexual assault. The shocking incident happened on Monday morning by the canal near Groveland Road.
