A shocking stabbing incident on Magpie Close in Enfield, that took place on Wednesday (24th January 2024) has sent shockwaves through the community. The attack, which involved a large knife referred to as a “zombie knife,” prompted an immediate response from emergency services, including a team of London Air ambulance doctors.
The incident unfolded on a seemingly quiet street as the attacker, riding a bicycle, menacingly brandished the formidable weapon. The motive behind this brutal assault and the circumstances leading up to it are currently under investigation by the Police.

Additionally, the National Police Air Service (NPAS) helicopter was deployed to conduct an extensive aerial search of the area in pursuit of the individuals responsible for the attack. A Spokesman for the Met Police said:
Police are investigating after a 17-year-old boy was stabbed in Enfield.
Officers were called at 19:24hrs on Wednesday, 24 January to Magpie Close, Enfield.
The teenager was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital; his condition is not life-threatening or life-changing.
At this early stage there have been no arrests; enquiries are ongoing.
