Woman Charged After ASDA Security Guard Dies

A woman appeared at Forfar Sheriff Court on Tuesday charged with the murder of an ASDA security guard.

On Sunday police were called to the store located at Westway Retail Park at 7.30pm

The security guard was pronounced dead at the scene

Natasha Smith 37 has been charged with theft, two counts of assaulting retail staff and culpable homicide.

During the hearing, Smith made no plea and was remanded into custody to appear again in the next eight days.
