Woman Arrested After Child Rushed To Hospital

Police have confirmed this afternoon that a 24-year-old woman has been arrested  and is being question by detectives over  child neglect after her child fell from a window and was rushed to hospital. A rapid response ambulance and paramedics were called to Renown House in Gosport just after 8:30 this morning a shocked neighbours said paramedics took the young child away in the ambulance and police have been in and out of the block all morning.  One neighbour  who asked not  to be  named  said the woman was so drunk she was asleep when the incident happen. A neighbour saw the  child  fall from the  first floor  window and ran down stair to pick up the  child.  They  where covered in blood.
