Police and the owner of a damaged vehicle are appealing for witnesses and CCTV footage after a hit-and-run incident occurred outside The Liberty Shopping Centre in Romford on Thursday, 29 May 2025.
The collision took place at approximately 12:58 PM. The victim’s vehicle was struck from behind by a white Vauxhall Mokka, registration number DK66 YUG, which then left the scene without stopping.
