Police have launched an urgent appeal to help find a 16-year-old boy missing from Havering, who was last seen a week ago in the Romford area.
The teenager, named Yousef, was last seen on Tuesday, March 18, and concerns are growing for his welfare.
The Metropolitan Police are now asking the public to assist in tracing his whereabouts. A photo of Yousef has been released in hopes someone may recognise him or have seen him since his disappearance.
A police spokesperson said:
“We are appealing for information to locate 16-year-old Yousef from Havering. He was last seen on the 18/03/2025 in the Romford area.
“Anyone with information on Yousef’s whereabouts is urged to call 999 quoting reference 01/7282995/25.”
Members of the public are being asked to share the appeal, especially with those in the Romford and wider East London area.
Anyone who may have seen Yousef, or who has any information, no matter how small, is encouraged to come forward immediately.
