South Wales Police have launched an urgent appeal to help locate a missing teenager from Cardiff.
Hannah, 15, was last seen at around 5.40pm on Sunday, April 13, in the Penylan area of the city. Officers say they are increasingly concerned for her welfare.
She is described as wearing white high-top Nike trainers, a blue hoodie, and a black North Face coat at the time of her disappearance.
Police are urging anyone who has seen Hannah or has information about her whereabouts to come forward immediately.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police said:
"If you have any information that could assist our search, please report it online via our website or by calling 101 and quoting reference 2500117256."
In an emergency or if Hannah is seen, members of the public are asked to call 999 straight away.
