Two Year Old boy hurt in Oakley Bus Collision that left 12 others Injured two Serious
Hampshire Constabulary are appealing for witnesses following a bus crash in Oakley yesterday afternoon. Officers were called at midday on Thursday 26 July following the single vehicle collision on the B3400 Andover Road. [data-ps-embed-type=slideshow] > iframe {position: absolute;top: 0;left: 0;}
_psEmbed(“https://uknip.photoshelter.com”); At the time 19 people were on the bus including the driver. A two-year-old boy, a 67-year-old man and a 38-year-old man were the most seriously injured. They have serious injuries but they are not life-threatening. Of the others on the bus, a further ten suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital. No-one else was hurt. The road was reopened at 10pm. Investigations into the collision are ongoing. Inspector Andy Tester, from the Joint Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or who saw the double-decker bus prior to the collision. “We’d also like to hear from any motorists who may have dash cam footage from the area around that time.”
