On 12 September, charges were authorised against 18-year-old Adam Kardo, of Redberry Road, Ashford. Kardo faces charges of aiding and abetting arson and aiding and abetting criminal damage. He is scheduled to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 26 September.
An 18-year-old man from Faversham has also been summonsed to attend the same court hearing to face charges of theft and criminal damage related to the incidents.
A 16-year-old boy from Canterbury, who was arrested at the time, admitted to his involvement in the offences and has since been cautioned by police.
Kent Police continues to address antisocial behaviour in the region and encourages anyone with information about such activities to come forward.
