Wiltshire Police have charged two men in connection with a series of burglaries spanning multiple counties in the South West of England.
Morgan Spiers, 26, of Grange Farm Drive, Honeybourne, and Chance Gill, 25, of Eckington Road, Bredons Norton, have both been charged with conspiring to commit burglary with intent to steal, following a major investigation into a burglary spree affecting Wiltshire and neighbouring areas.
The charges relate to 23 separate offences allegedly committed between November 8, 2024, and January 6, 2025, across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire.
Spiers appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on March 17, while Gill appeared before the same court on March 14. Both have been remanded in custody ahead of a scheduled hearing at Swindon Crown Court on April 11.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said:
“These charges come as a result of extensive enquiries by officers across multiple force areas. We are committed to tackling organised criminality and bringing those responsible for these offences to justice.”
