Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Blue Stevens, who was fatally stabbed near a luxury hotel in Knightsbridge last Wednesday.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that two suspects were detained on Saturday during a police operation in Hounslow.
- One man was arrested on suspicion of murder and has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
- A second man was held on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and remains in custody.
Key Breakthrough in Investigation
Following the arrests, officers executed search warrants at two properties in Chiswick, where they say “significant evidence” was recovered, aiding the murder probe.
A third suspect was arrested on Monday, 14 July, on suspicion of assisting an offender. He also remains in police custody.
Police: May Have Been Targeted Attack
Detective Chief Superintendent Christina Jessah, who leads policing in Central West London, described the arrests as a “significant milestone” in the unfolding investigation.
“While we retain an open mind around motive, one line of enquiry is now that this may have been a targeted attack,” she said.
“Increased patrols remain in place in and around Knightsbridge. I encourage anyone with concerns or information to speak with our officers.”
