Texas State Troopers have launched an investigation following a significant vehicle crash involving a car and a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) on the TX-7 near Marlin. Emergency services were called to the scene just after 10 a.m. on Thursday.
One driver sustained serious injuries and was promptly treated at the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital. The extent of the injuries has not yet been confirmed, but authorities have stated that the driver is receiving urgent medical attention.
The crash caused significant damage to one of the vehicles, with debris scattered across the roadway.
