Two teenagers were stabbed in Leyton on Saturday evening, resulting in both individuals being arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm (GBH). The incident unfolded on High Road in Leyton, prompting a police response.
Officers from the Met Police received reports of a stabbing at approximately 8:45 pm on January 27. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered an 18-year-old man with stab injuries on Littleton Road. The wounded individual was subsequently transported to a hospital for medical treatment by the London Ambulance Service.
Surprisingly, the 18-year-old victim was later taken into police custody on suspicion of causing GBH and affray. His arrest followed medical attention for his injuries.
A second teenager, aged 17, also sustained stab wounds during the incident and was promptly taken to a hospital for necessary medical care. Similar to the 18-year-old, the 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of causing GBH and affray in connection with the incident.
