Teenager charged over BMW TWOC

Officers from Hampshire Police have charged a 14-year-old boy after a BMW X3 was seen being driven dangerously in Southampton on Monday 21 May. The vehicle had front and rear end damage and was seen in Millbrook, Lordshill and Coxford. It was later recovered from Dunkirk Road. A 14-year-old boy from Southampton was arrested yesterday (Wednesday 23 May) and later charged with aggravated vehicle taking, assault a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm, criminal damage, drive a motor vehicle dangerously, drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license, driving without insurance and use threatening and abusive words to cause harassment and distress. Police have also arrested another 16-year-old boy in relation to the incident, he remains in police custody at this time.
