Police in St Leonards have brought charges against 56-year-old Steven Lock for a series of grave sexual offences that span over thirty years. Lock, a resident of Willingdon Way in St Leonards, faces a total of seventeen charges, including nine counts of rape, five counts of indecent assault, and three counts of causing unnecessary suffering to a child.
The allegations involve offences that reportedly occurred during the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. According to the police report, the victims include two women, two boys, and two girls, all of whom were known to Lock.
