Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, popularly known as Mizzy and notorious for his social media pranks, has been banned from using social media platforms after being found guilty of posting videos without the consent of the individuals involved. This comes as O’Garro faces mounting legal trouble related to his online activities.
The 19-year-old influencer, who has garnered a significant following on social media, recently violated a court order by sharing videos just hours after its issuance. As a result, he has been handed a ban on social media usage until his sentencing, scheduled for next month.
O’Garro had faced four counts of breaching the court order but denied any wrongdoing. His actions prompted criticism from Judge Matthew Bone, who questioned his credibility during the court proceedings.
The court heard about a series of videos that featured O’Garro’s antics at the Westfield shopping centre. These videos included interactions with various individuals, including a schoolboy and a man with dwarfism. While O’Garro was found not guilty on two of the counts, his deliberate challenges to the court order have raised concerns about potential consequences, including the possibility of imprisonment.
The sentencing for Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, or Mizzy, has been scheduled for November 21 at Thames Magistrates Court. As his legal troubles continue to mount, the ban on social media usage serves as a stern reminder of the responsibilities that come with online platforms, even for social media personalities.
