Seriously ill Canterbury Footballer airlifted to London hospital
A sixth form student footballer from The Kings mixed, independent, day and boarding school in Canterbury has been airlifted to London hospital with what is thought to be a serious head injury this morning (Saturday 30th November 2019). https://youtu.be/k-0mgd5j1AI Advance Paramedics from the South East Coast ambulance service and life saving doctors from the Kent Air ambulance were called to Victoria recreation ground on Knights Avenue in the City just before 11am. The lifesaving black,blue and white helicopter landed at the send of the goal mouth for medics to tend to the injured player.
