According to The Sunday Times, four women have come forward with allegations of sexual assaults that reportedly occurred between 2006 and 2013, during Brand’s peak fame. In the video titled “So, This is Happening,” which was also shared on the platform X (formerly known as Twitter), Brand unequivocally denied the serious criminal allegations made against him. He characterised the accusations as “a litany of extremely egregious and aggressive attacks.”
