Officers from Kent Police in Ramsgate are appealing to the public for information to identify a man in connection with a reported burglary and vehicle theft.
The incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday, 26th March 2024, at an address on Stanley Road. Between 3am and 4am, keys were allegedly stolen from the property. Subsequently, a vehicle parked outside the residence was reported stolen. The stolen vehicle was later discovered damaged in Manktelow Court.
In efforts to progress their investigation, investigating officers have released two images of a man believed to be linked to the incident. They hope that members of the public may recognize the individual, particularly from the distinctive clothing worn in the images.
Detective Constable Matthew Burridge, leading the investigation, stated, “We hope someone may be able to identify the man through the clothing he is wearing, and we also ask anyone with information regarding the burglary and vehicle theft to contact Kent Police.
Authorities are urging witnesses or individuals with private CCTV or doorbell footage from the areas of Stanley Road, Queensgate Road, or Manktelow Court to come forward with any potentially relevant information. They can do so by calling the appeal line on 01843 222289, quoting reference number 46/50011/24.
