Investigators are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying two individuals connected to a hate crime that took place at Wood Lane underground station on June 26.
The attack occurred around 9pm, when the victim, who was sitting alone on a train, was approached by two men. According to reports, the suspects began verbally abusing the victim and followed them off the train when they attempted to leave the carriage at Wood Lane station. One of the suspects then physically assaulted the victim by kicking them, while the other recorded the incident on a mobile phone.
Police have released an image of the two individuals they believe may hold crucial information about the incident and are urging anyone who recognises them to come forward.
