Officers from the British Transport Police are appealing for information from the public after a disturbing incident of violence unfolded at Hull Paragon Interchange taxi rank on the morning of Sunday, August 27. The victim of the assault sustained serious injuries, prompting a police investigation.
At approximately 06.20 BST on that fateful Sunday, a man carried out a sustained and brutal attack on another man at the Hull Paragon Interchange taxi rank. The vicious assault left the victim with a fractured skull and two bleeds on the brain, leading to a critical medical condition. The injured individual was rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention, and fortunately, after receiving necessary treatment, has since been discharged.
In an effort to progress their investigation and bring the assailant to justice, British Transport Police have released an image of a man they believe may have vital information related to the case. Officers are urging anyone who recognises this individual to come forward and assist with their inquiries.
