Police are investigating reports of gunfire in Basil Gardens in Croydon, after being called to the scene at 10.35pm on Saturday, 29 March.
No Injuries or Suspects Located
Upon arrival, officers conducted extensive searches of the area but found no evidence of any injuries and were unable to trace any suspects connected to the incident. The area was thoroughly examined, but no physical evidence of gunfire has been discovered so far.
Ongoing Investigation
Officers remain on the scene and continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the reported shooting. Police have not ruled out any possibilities and are appealing to the public for information.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said:
