A police car sustained significant damage in a collision while responding to an emergency situation in a bustling town centre.
The incident, which occurred just outside the Manor Park Library on the corner of Romford Road, prompted the establishment of a police crime scene. Reports indicate that the collision involved a police vehicle and another car.
