Authorities are appealing for information after a car drove off following a collision with a fire engine in Stoke-on-Trent. The incident occurred on Friday, October 13, just after 18.00 on Lichfield Street in Hanley. Reports indicate that a black Audi collided with a Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service vehicle and the occupants of the Audi verbally abused the firefighters before leaving the scene.
In an effort to identify the individuals involved, the police are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the area at the time of the collision. They are also urging anyone who may have dashcam footage that could aid their inquiries to come forward.
