The Metropolitan Police have initiated a murder investigation following an incident at Fellmonger’s Yard in Croydon. A large crime scene has been established, and authorities are currently conducting inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Emergency services, including the London Air Ambulance, responded to the scene following reports of a serious incident. Despite their best efforts, the individual involved was pronounced dead at the scene.
Details surrounding the incident are currently limited, and the identity of the victim has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin. Investigators are working diligently to gather evidence and determine the events leading up to the tragic outcome.

A Spokesman for the Met Police said:
Police were called at just after 6pm on Friday, 12 April by the London Ambulance Service to reports of a man suffering a stab injury in Fellmongers Yard, Croydon.
Officers, London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance all attended the scene.
The victim – believed to be in his 20s – was pronounced dead at the scene.
A crime scene remains in place.
One man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in custody.
Officers remain in the area carrying out urgent enquiries.
