Authorities say the man pictured is not currently a suspect, but may be a key witness who could help advance the investigation. The CCTV still was taken at the scene around the time of the offence and is now available on the British Transport Police website.
“This was a deeply distressing incident involving a young victim. We are appealing to the public to help us identify this man so we can understand what happened,” a BTP spokesperson said.
