Keel James, 35, was reported missing after leaving the secure Redwood Centre in Shrewsbury on Monday. It is believed that he has since made his way to Folkestone, raising concerns about potential risks to public safety.
Described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, of slim build, with balding fair hair and blue eyes, James was last seen wearing a navy fluffy hoody and grey jogging bottoms.
