A man in his 20s remains in hospital two days after a serious motorcycle collision on the A2 in Kent.
The crash occurred in the early hours of Saturday, 23 March 2025, on the London-bound carriageway between Cobham and Gravesend. Emergency services, including Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene where they found the rider with serious injuries.
He was taken to a London hospital, where he is currently being treated. Police say his condition is described as serious but stable, and his next of kin have been informed.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway. Officers are now appealing for witnesses, particularly anyone who was travelling in the area between midnight and 5am, to come forward.
They are also seeking to speak to anyone who may have stopped at the scene but has not yet provided information to police.
A Kent Police spokesperson said:
"We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the incident or has relevant dashcam footage. Even the smallest detail could assist our investigation."
