A man has been found dead in a woodland area near Auckland Crescent in Dover after concerns were raised about his welfare.
Emergency services, including police and paramedics, were called to the scene just before 2:15 PM on Tuesday, February 18. Upon arrival, the man was discovered in the woodland and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for Kent Police confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious, and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
“Officers attended the scene following reports of concern for a man’s welfare. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is not considered suspicious, and a report will be prepared for the coroner,” the spokesperson said.
No further details about the man’s identity have been released at this stage.
