A man has been charged with the murder of Gavin Parry, who was fatally shot in Birmingham in April 2021.
Remell Bailey, 27, appeared before magistrates on Monday, where he was formally charged with murder. He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 6 March.
The incident occurred on Western Road, Birmingham, where Mr. Parry tragically lost his life. Police launched an extensive investigation following the fatal shooting.
Bailey was arrested earlier this month as part of the ongoing inquiry. After being charged, he was remanded in custody to await trial.
