Man Attacked With Shovel By Two Men At Cobham Motorway Services Left Fighting for his Life
Police have locked down a major service station on the M25 “Cobham Services” after a man was attacked with a shovel.An ambulance and an air ambulance was sent to the scene just after 3.30pm on Monday afternoon. A man has been airlifted to hospital after suffering serious head injuries. Staff have been removed from the scene via a back door. A spokesman for Surrey Police said “:Surrey Police is in attendance at Cobham Services, M25, following a call at 3.20pm about a man having suffered serious injuries. There is currently no fuel available at Cobham Services as the petrol station has been closed. The rest of the services are now fully open. If you have any information, please call 101 quoting P17159125.” A spokesperson for South East Coast Ambulance Said ” The service was alerted at around 3.30pm; an ambulance and air ambulance were sent to the scene. We responded to reports the man had suffered a serious head injury at the services.
