Man attacked at Property on Lake High Street Isle of Wight
A Cordon has been throw up on an Isle of Wight Street after a man is seriously assaulted. A flat on Sandown Road this morning remains sealed off by Police tape and under guard after officers were called in the early hours of the morning. A Man was rushed to hospital after an altercation that took place just after 4am. Cops have sealed off a flat that is being guarded by an officer outside Top Spec PC after the early morning assault left a man with head injuries. One person has been arrested and has been taken to Newport Police station for questioning. Enquiries in the area are ongoing and forensic teams are expected to investigate the scene before the police cordon is lifted. Officers will also carrying out-door to door enquiries.
