Emergency services were called after witnesses reported seeing a man—reportedly wearing a hospital gown—on a bridge overlooking the motorway. Police responded swiftly, closing the M20 in both directions to ensure public safety.

At approximately 1pm, the motorway was reopened in both directions, following successful intervention by authorities.
