Long delays on the M3 Motorway in Hampshire after Army tank transporter breaks down

The M3 motorway near Eastleigh in Hampshire has two lanes blocked due to Army tank transporter breaking down. The Royal Logistic Corps engineers are working on the 110-ton lorry on a live motorway with the bonnet open surrounded by traffic officers from Highways England. Delays are expected due to the lane closures.
