It is reported to have involved two men and a woman in Butler’s Park Way, at around 10.15pm on Thursday 7 December 2023.
Residents state there was an altercation involving the group and the woman may have been assaulted, before all three entered a car and it drove from the estate.
Dashcam sought
Officers have been completing enquiries into the incident including the examination of CCTV in the area. They are now appealing to motorists with dashcam, who drove along Butler’s Park Way between 9pm on Thursday 7 December and midday on Friday 8 December, to contact them.
Detective Inspector Beverley Morrison said: ‘We are investigating this report as there is a concern for the welfare of the women who appeared upset. We are keeping an open mind as to what happened and are keen to speak to motorists with dashcam, including residents and delivery drivers, as the footage they have may contain vital information.’
