The family of Leo Barber, a 16-year-old who tragically lost his life on the railway at Shortlands, Bromley, have paid a heartfelt tribute to the bright, sensitive, and loving young boy. Leo’s life was cut short on November 28, 2023, as emergency services responded to reports of a casualty on the tracks near Shortlands Railway Station at 4.50am
