Falcon Tower Crane Services Limited is facing prosecution by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) following a tragic incident in Crewe, Cheshire, where a crane collapse claimed the lives of three men. Rhys Barker, 18, from Castleford, David Newall, 36, from Bradford, and David Webb, 43, from Northampton lost their lives on June 21, 2017, at a construction site on Dunwoody Way.
The HSE has accused Falcon Tower Crane Services Limited of breaching Section 2(1) and Section 3(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
