Kent Police have launched an urgent appeal for witnesses after a woman was grabbed and threatened with violence in a shocking late-night assault on Sandgate Road, Folkestone.
The incident took place at 10.40pm on Thursday, 1 May, and left the victim shaken but physically unharmed.
Suspect Description Released
The suspect is described as:
- White male
- In his 60s
- Approximately 5ft 10in tall
- Of medium build
- Wearing a pink polo shirt and white trousers
CCTV Reviewed — Witnesses Still Needed
Officers have been carrying out local enquiries and reviewing CCTV footage from Sandgate Road. They are now calling on the public to help identify the suspect or provide any further details.
"If you were in the area at the time or recognise the suspect’s description, please contact us," said a Kent Police spokesperson.
