A tragic hit-and-run incident on a busy North East London road has claimed the life of a woman, leading to the closure of the A10 in both directions for nearly 12 hours. The collision occurred at 7:15 pm on Tuesday, January 9, in the Edmonton area.

The A10 has been shut down in both directions between B154 Church Street and Bury Street in Edmonton to facilitate Collison Investigation work. Local authorities have implemented a detour plan for two local bus routes, the 217 and the 231, to minimize disruption for commuters.
