Eurostar has suspended services between London and Paris following the discovery of an unexploded Second World War bomb near the tracks in Paris Gare du Nord.

Eurostar confirmed that all trains from Paris to London are cancelled until at least 12:09 PM, with no guarantee of an immediate resumption.
In a statement, Eurostar said: “Due to an object on the tracks near Paris Gare du Nord, we are expecting disruption to our services this morning. Please change your journey for a different date of travel.”

France’s SNCF Statement
France’s national train operator, SNCF, confirmed that all services at Gare du Nord would remain suspended until mid-morning at the request of the police.
SNCF added: “We invite travellers to postpone their trip.”
