Kent Police have released CCTV images as part of an ongoing investigation into a sexual assault in Canterbury. Detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of 29 August 2024, when a teenage girl was walking in the Station Road West area. She was approached by a man who attempted to engage her in conversation. After she refused, the man allegedly tried to kiss her and touched her inappropriately.
A 26-year-old man from Canterbury has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and is currently out on bail as the investigation continues.
Police have now released three images of a man they wish to identify. He was seen wearing a distinctive hooded top, riding a white bicycle, and carrying a green Deliveroo bag.
