Detectives are urgently seeking the public’s assistance as they investigate a brutal assault near London Bridge Underground Station that left a victim with serious injuries, including a brain bleed. In a bid to gather more information, authorities have released a CCTV image of a man they believe may have vital details pertaining to the case.
The incident took place on Sunday, August 20, at approximately 00.50, when the victim was exiting London Bridge Underground Station. As he passed through the station’s exit barrier, he was followed by a group of three men, one of whom tailgated closely behind.
A brief altercation ensued among the men, resulting in the victim being subjected to a vicious attack. He was punched repeatedly in the face and kicked in the head, leading to severe injuries, including a dangerous brain bleed. The victim was swiftly transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
While one individual has been arrested in connection with the incident, they have been released under investigation as the inquiry continues.
Detectives are now turning to the public for assistance in identifying and locating a man captured in a CCTV image. They believe this individual may possess critical information that could aid their ongoing investigation.
