Kent Police have issued a new CCTV image as part of an investigation into a violent and racially aggravated theft at a Tesco store in Faversham.
The incident occurred at around 11.20pm on Friday 20 June at the Crescent Road branch, where two men were challenged by security staff over suspicious behaviour.
It is alleged that during the confrontation, one of the suspects produced a knuckle duster, made threats to harm the victim, and used racist language before fleeing the store with a shopping basket full of stolen items.
Third Image Issued in Ongoing Investigation
Police have now released a third CCTV image and are appealing for help to identify and locate the two men pictured.
A Kent Police spokesperson said:
“This was a serious incident involving threats of violence and racially aggravated abuse.
We are appealing to anyone who recognises the individuals in the CCTV image to get in touch.”
